    License Terms
    • Access to the Professional Skills Library is licensed to the purchasing organization only and is provided solely for internal business purposes.
    • The license is nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable and revocable, and may not be shared, redistributed or provided to any third party.
    • Access to the Library and its course content is limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Access will expire automatically at the end of the one‑year term unless renewed through a new purchase. This one‑year usage limit is consistent with CalChamber’s standard access duration for digital and membership‑based products.
    • Any unused access, seats or benefits tied to this product do not roll over into later terms and expire at the end of the one‑year access period.
    • Content provided within the Library may not be reproduced, copied, republished, altered or distributed outside the purchasing organization. All intellectual property rights remain with CalChamber and its licensors.
    • Since access to each course is granted at the time of purchase, all sales are nonrefundable.
